Description
BAck in 1999, I was working as a Character Designer on the series adaptation of the Geoff Darrow comic "Big Guy and Rusty the Boy Robot". This is a model for an alternate universe / timeline version of Dr. Erica Slate where America lost the Revolutionary War and in the current day was conquered by an alien race of Squids. This appeared in the episode "Patriot Games" which aired on Tuesday February 20, 2001.

I remember that series, and this episode. Because of the military-style cut of alt-Dr. Slate's uniform, I always kind of head-canoned that prior to the invasion she had been a member of a sort of U.N.I.T.-slash-International Rescue organization that was the alternate timeline's stand-in for the Big Guy project and Quark Industries.
