Portfolio Work: Avengers EMH – New Avengers …Wolverine


After 2 years of preproduction work of the Disney XD show “The Avengers: Earths Mightiest Heroes”, I figured I would share some of my work samples from my portfolio from some of the episodes that have aired thus far.

Here is the world renowned Wolverine of X-Men fame as seen in this weeks episode of Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes – “New Avengers”.

A perfect model artwork sheet of Wolverine in his classic costume from "Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes"! I really wish that show could've gone on for more then 2 seasons! They really could've done some interesting stories with Wolverine! They could've done some episodes focusing on the "New Avengers" team, a Avengers/X-MEN team up, since the X-MEN were already mentioned by Maria Hill, their school was refered to in that newspaper being read by that cab driver, Cyclops, Beast, Colossus, Namor, Sasquatch, Magneto, Quick-Silver and Scarlet-Witch all already made an appearance in the show or comics and a reunion/look back at the WWII heroes, The Howling Commandoes, Wolverine, Captain America, Nick Fury, Dum Dum Dugan, Namor the Sub-Mariner, the original android Human Torch and a much younger Black Widow all would've been nice to see! I like this costume much better than the one in the comics, less complicated design. Great job on getting this!

To clarify, I did not get this, I made it. I worked on the show as a character designer. Also thank you for watching. I am very glad that you enjoyed the show. It was fun to work on. :)

I really hope the rumors are right & Marvel is going to spin an Uncanny X-Men series out ofthe Avengers Assemble! series. I hope they get you to develop it! It would b e perfect!

this is great, very different look for him, much tougher, beefier. How do you feel about cartoon Wolvie compared to comic wolvie? I mean we're both too old for cartoons per say, but don't you think his "I only use my claws on machines" thing is too tame? I mean its all because of FCC in the end I guess.
